How it works
You can either drop your items in (if you're local) or send them via courier - whatever works for you.

This is totally down to personal preference, we really don't mind on our end. We personally use DPD, DHL, Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
We recommend using a price comparison website (like Parcel2Go) to get the best deal. It shouldn't cost you more than £10.

Other than that, we only need contact details and instructions for what you would like done (unless you've already emailed us).
We will send your items back using one of our trusted courier partners. This will generally be either DPD, DHL, Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
International parcels may be with other couriers.
No sneaky surcharges here, we charge the exact same prices as shown on our website.
The only extras you need to pay are the costs of getting the items to us and our courier fees (usually between £5-8) to get everything back to you.
